Fair Use Policy
Last updated: June 20, 2026
The AbleSign service is made available to you, free of charge, provided that you do not exceed the Fair Use Limits when using it. Your registration for and/or usage of the AbleSign service constitutes your acceptance of this Fair Use Policy.
For the purposes of this Fair Use Policy, the Fair Use Limits shall be defined as follows:
- The total number of screens deployed shall not exceed 250.
These limits are subject to change without notice. Should you exceed one or more of the Fair Use Limits, you agree that AbleSign shall be entitled to contact you to discuss reducing your usage of the service.
The AbleSign API is provided solely for managing your AbleSign account and content — for example, creating and updating screens, playlists, and media files, and integrating AbleSign with your own management systems. The API must not be used as a content delivery, hosting, or streaming service. In particular, temporary media file URLs returned by the API are provided for administrative purposes such as previewing and verifying content, and must not be embedded in web pages, players, or other systems to display or stream media to end devices; delivery of content to screens must be performed by the AbleSign player applications. We monitor API usage and bandwidth, and where usage is excessive or falls outside these terms we may contact you, throttle or suspend the associated API key, or charge for the additional bandwidth consumed.
Failure to reduce your usage in line with our requests, may result in AbleSign restricting, suspending or terminating your access to the service.
